Only had a basic 2.0 soundbar previously so maybe I’m not attuned to what a SW can do, but it has ample bass for me (set to 8 out of 12) in a medium sized living room. Soundbar itself is also generally good - not fully immersive but gives moderate added sense of depth to proceedings.
