Throat pain right side only, sore right ear, nose sores 4 months
2018年12月23日 · Over the past 4 months the sensation has turned to somewhat severe pain that steadily progressed up my throat. The pain now extends up the entire right side of my windpipe and into my right ear canal. It burns to breathe in, but my ENT consult scope showed nothing abnormal. I can swallow but there is some pain as the food passes the sore area.

It is rather easy to catch infections such as an added sore throat or ear infections. This is part of that two steps forward and one step back most of us experienced. Your PCP gave you antibiotics which is a good idea.

You may want to consider an evaluation with a physical therapist. My PT also does myofascial release which helps loosen tight tissue and gets the body back in proper alignment.
Getting frustrated with throat pain post radiation
2021年11月26日 · Now 5 months post radiation. 33 treatments of targeted radiation plus chemo therapy for my stage 3 Metastatic Squamish Cell Carcinoma back of tongue R/S. A few weeks ago my throat pain was subsiding enough whereas I finally started eating soft foods with some good success. This week the pain increased to where I have had to go back on liquids.
