2020年10月1日 · That was the extent of my experience with Tiletamine. All in all I actually loved it and would highly suggest it. Probably my favourite disso yet. I found it to be more psychedelic than both DCK and O-PCE. It was much more potent than DCK and just a little less potent than O-PCE. 30mg of Tiletamine was about equal to 15-20mg O-PCE probably.

2024年8月6日 · Tiletamine is 10x as potent as ketamine, I would wager the alkyl chain reductions would make tilmetamine roughly 5-7x potency or ketamine. When I tried methoxmetamine it was about 1/2 potency of methoxetamine, all I base my guess on.

Tiletamine is likely similar to O-PCE, a tad more potent and a bit shorter acting (thiophene metabolizes faster than benzene) that O-PCE and likely a tad more stimulant. Tiletamine = O-TCE
Have any drug techs actually confirmed tiletamine in a sample?
2023年4月28日 · Wondering if anyone who uses an FT-IR spectrometer or confirmatory testing methods has ever found tiletamine in a sample. It's one that commonly pops up after subtracting the principle component(s) of a sample on OPUS, but the remaining signals are always just too small to confirm if it's actually there are not.

2010年7月16日 · Sorry that I was so rude about it but, Tiletamine is on the books as being 10x as potent as ketamine. So, 2 nostrils with 5gr K each, upon tramadol and booze sounded un-credible. Tiletamine is in the same ballpark as O-PCE (its O-TCE) and effects last very long with staggered doses.

2023年6月20日 · Wait, this thread was supposed to be about tiletamine and how damn good it is, not "Why My Life Is A Joke, Part XXVII, By sekio". Tiletamine is fun. Doses of 10-25mg are solid when IM'd. Probably similar when plugged or snorted. Oral doses I'm betting need another 50-100% more to compensate for BA (but I have not experimented with such).
