Also imho it was a fair assumption from the community that they’d add some new items, it’s the hyped big release of the marketplace after all, included as a main event on the year map. Celebrating it by throwing some new items in there is something I’d deem more likely than releasing winter items out of the blue in the summer.

Secondly, it's probably the New CoD Released effect; Ubi grossly underestimated the amount of traffic that would surge through, even with only a limited amount of users, and their systems can't handle it.
At the moment, you cannot engage in marketplace trading.

Accepted to marketplace but can't trade. Question, solved. I finally got an email saying I was accepted to the beta for the R6 marketplace. I had been waiting for quite a while, so naturally I got excited. However once I click the link and get sent over to the marketplace I still have the same warning saying I can't trade like before.

2024年2月24日 · Rainbow Six Marketplace FAQ. To access the R6 Marketplace, you need to be at least Level 25 and must not have any sanctions applied to your Ubisoft account. It's called R6 Marketplace Trading, not R6 Marketplace Begging. Stop posting overpriced skins and asking people to buy it. It doesn't work that way.
