14 October 2017. My hard drive died suddenly and I lost all of my Microsoft jigsaw puzzles. When I downloaded the game into my new hard drive and logged on, my points were there. Is there any way to recover the puzzles I've already downloaded without having to 'buy' them again? I am running the most recent version of Windows 10.

Also, some of the pieces are just weird metallic looking squares. How can this be fixed?

2020年8月24日 · Lots of problems with Jigsaw. Very slow at starting. Incorrect points shown when opening, Eventually corrected. Can't drag pieces around. Some pieces shown as Square blocks with no connectors. Very high CPU use when Jigsaw running. (6Core AMD CPU @ 97%). Jigsaw seems to start Windows search indexer, and again this also consumes very high CPU.

2019年2月7日 · Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle freezes and hangs up. This has happened twice in the last couple of years. The only way I've found to fix is reset the app. I've looked to the community to fix prior to resetting and nothing worked, so I had to reset to use. I pay for the premium edition so I expect it to work.

I have tried checking for updates, I have reset the app, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I tried to safe start to check if background programs were the problem. Nothing worked!

No such problems on my PC logged in to same live ID account. Where are the puzzles located? I could download them onto my PC and transfer to laptop if I knew where they are. Thanks folks.
