2015年9月25日 · Ever since updating to Windows 10, it seems that as frequently as half the times that I try to eject a USB storage device, it will say "Problem ejecting USB mass storage device. Windows can't stop your "Generic volume' device because a program is still using it. Close any programs that might be using the device, and then try again later."

But "disk and partition management" doesn't see it, it doesn't show up in diskpart either, Windows Explorer of course doesn't budge, no sign of the drive.
