You don't say if you are experiencing performance issues or if you feel that your iPhone is requiring charging more frequently than in the past.

I think with most people's usage patterns you can expect the battery to lose about 7-10% of its health with every year of use, so that you end up with 80-85% battery health left after two years. Of course there are going to be variables in this calculation that change the result.
