MyID allows you to: Enter information about individuals, either directly into the MyID database or by importing from an LDAP directory. Request, issue, update or cancel credentials containing appropriate pre-defined information. 8 MyID Client Service error codes - Intercede
To assist with the diagnosis of issues, Intercede support may guide you to enable logging for the client service; you can then provide these logs to customer support for analysis. For information on configuring logging, see the Configuring Logging guide.
8.5 Installing the MyID Client Service - Intercede
To install the MyID Client Service: Copy the installation program to a local drive. If you do not run the installation program from a local drive, you may experience problems with the application running slowly due to certificate checks. Run the installation program, then click Next. Select the destination location, then click Next.
18.5 Troubleshooting MyID Client Service connection issues
The troubleshooting procedure for this issue is: Check the MyID Client Service log: Right-click the MyID Client Service icon in the Windows system tray. From the pop-up menu, click Show. The MyID Client Service window appears. Check the log output for any messages relating to starting MyID Desktop (DSK) or the Self-Service App (SSA).

8.2 Configuring MyID Desktop - Intercede
C:\Program Files (x86)\Intercede\MyIDDesktop\MyIDDesktop.exe. Right-click the file, and from the pop-up menu select Properties. Click the Digital Signatures tab, then select the Intercede Ltd item in the Signature list and click Details. This is the code signing certificate.
