Dumbbell Rear Delt Flys - Note: there is nothing wrong with doing DB resr delt flys standing/bent over. However, by using an incline bench - allows you a bit more stability in the movement to focus and isolate the reardelts hy rounding your upper back over the bench. This will prevent scapular retraction - which in turn targets the rear delts a little bit more - preventing traps and rhomboids from taking over. Focus on raising OUT and AWAY instead of back/up. Control every rep and eccentric! - W

Target your rear (posterior) delt with these exercises: 1) Face pull (low) 2) Bent over dumbbell (DB) reverse fly 3) TRX reverse fly 4) Bent over cable reverse fly 5) Machine reverse fly I usually perfrom 1-2 of these exercises for 2-4 sets of 8-20 reps on my Push days (chest, tris & shoulders). - My rear delts get additional volume on pull days because they contribute to exercises like cable and dumbell rows.
