Real simple one here folks. Sounds kinda strange, I know, but trust these are a great side dish for a meal. I made these alongside some pork chops and rice pilaf, highly recommend. -all ingredients can be adjusted to your liking: more salt, garlic, honey etc. -keep heat on medium-low throughout, you gotta guve them some time to soften without burning people -cook carrots in just butter for first 5 or so mins before adding garlic -cook to whatever your preferred consistency, I like a medium soft
