How to Store your Potatoes to keep them for months! We harvested our potatoes back in June and they are still keeping well after 4 months! The key is to take these 4 important steps. Curing, cleaning, sorting and storing. 1️⃣Cure your potatoes in a dark place for 1- 2 weeks to develop a protective skin. 2️⃣Clean your potatoes off with a brush to remove any soil from harvesting.
