Korean Recipe Series : Kimbap #koreanfood Ingredients (3~4 serving) - 1/2 carrot - Pickled radish (replaceable with cucumbers) - Crab meat - burdock - Ham - 5 eggs - Rice - Sesame oil - Seaweed Recipe - Cut carrots and stir-fry them in oil( add salt ) - Mix 5 eggs & salt and make egg garnish an oiled frying pan - Mix the rice with sesame oil and salt - Put rice and various ingredients on top of the seaweed and roll it Tip - When you roll kimbap, you can finish it with water(If you put water on t

Mom made me my favorite soup, miyeokguk for my bday breakfast last week. Every Korean household has their own variation of miyeokguk. Even my version and mom’s version is slightly different. Mom is a purist. Pure and clean with just high quality meat and seaweed. We use Costco skirt cut and it’s so good and tender.
