Hit zercher box squats today, and left with a new PR! 405lb for 2 is the most I think I've had on my biceps so far. Not too bad. It was supersetted with 4 rounds of snatches, jump squats, and 3 minutes of planking. After that was volume work with 2 amrap rounds of squats and planks, 3 rounds of leg assistance, and then 10 minutes of nothing but more planking.
